Very happy with my experience at Kozak’s, and Dr. Kozak is awesome! He is super personable, and extremely knowledgeable and professional in what he does. They have a very clean and updated space. All of staff I’ve interacted with are all so friendly!

Loveee it here. The assistants are soo sweet and kind. And helpful. They even squeezed me In to adjust my bracets the day after and fixed my pain.

Office staff is VERY friendly. Everything so far has been great outside of opportunities for better communication that my son would need additional aligners after finishing his full set. My son has been flying through his sets and we were told when he was one set before his last that he needed to come in for measurements for additional ones. I had a hard time scheduling and it is delaying his treatment. I was told today his new aligners were in, and now he needs another appointment. His next appointment is now a month away and I still need to pull him out of school early for this appointment. The solution I was given was to take an earlier option but I would need to pull him out even earlier from school when he strives for perfect attendance. I don’t understand why we can’t just pick up his aligners sitting in the office so his treatment plan can continue while we wait for an appointment. I understand things happen and office hours are only so long, but it’s frustrating that my son is spending over two months in the same aligners. This is delaying his treatment timeline. Outside of trying to get him additional aligners, everything has been GREAT for both of my boys, and we really appreciate the friendly staff.
